Permanent Supportive Housing
We offer housing for single chronically homeless veterans who are disabled. Complete a request form. Housing is based on availability.

Rapid Re-housing
Our agency offers Rapid Re-Housing in Gwinnett County. You must be completely homeless for eligibility. This program will cover certain fees and costs to help you with your transition. Click for more info.

WorkFirst/Pre-Independent Living Program
This program provides pre-employment assessments, onsite assistance with resume writing, criminal background checks, interview training skills and employment.
