Summer Meals Program
Beginning Tuesday, May 27 until Friday, August 1, families can stop by to grab free breakfast and lunch between 11:00am and 1:00pm, Monday through Friday, while supplies last. Who qualifies? Children ages 18 and younger, and adults ages 19 and older with physical or mental impairment. Check website for locations

Senior Services
Assists Gwinnett County residents age 60 or older (or their spouses) through education, support, referrals, and free or low-cost services. Seniors must apply and qualify for services, which may have waiting lists. However, seniors who demonstrate: economic need, social need, or frailty/institutional risk may receive priority. Seniors who do not qualify for services may receive information and referrals as applicable.

Ride Gwinnett
Gwinnett County offers many programs to provide transportation options for seniors and individuals that cannot access the fixed route system. Half Fare is a program available on the fixed route local services for any person over the age of 65, a person with a disability or a Medicare card holder. In order to receive the benefit, proof of eligibility is required to be displayed to the operator.

Warming Stations
Gwinnett County will open warming stations for residents to receive temporary, overnight relief when temperatures reach 35 degrees and below. Residents who visit the sites will be able to warm up, eat a meal, and get some rest. The warming stations will be available from 6:00pm until 7:00am.
