Hope Clinic

The Hope Clinic provides a variety of non-urgent medical services. Appointments are required and preferred for most types of visits. Walk-ins are accepted during walk-in hours for acute illnesses. Hope Clinic currently accepts uninsured or underinsured, Medicare, Medicaid and certain commercial carrier insurance patients. Call 770-685-1300 ext. 221 to make your appointment.

Acute Illness management
Headaches, migraines, earaches, sore throat, urinary tract infection, etc.

Chronic Disease management
Diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, lung disease, asthma, depression, anxiety, and many others.

Women’s Health
Pap-smears, breast exams, hormone therapy, etc.

Mental Health
Hope Clinic provides low-cost and often free psychiatric services to our low to moderate income patients who would otherwise not be able to obtain the treatment that they need.

Medication Assistance
Patient Assistance Program connects patients with pharmaceutical companies that offer medications to uninsured and underinsured at no cost. Through a partnership with the Hope Clinic, the patient must work with a member of Hope Clinic’s team to fill out the appropriate forms to get medication at little to no cost. Some forms will be required to be filled out by patient. Patient provided requirements vary depending on the Pharmaceutical company.

Lab & Xray Services
A panel of lab tests, known as the Hope Panel, is performed on a new patient prior to their first appointment. The Hope Panel is a blood test that is comprehensive includes complete blood cell counts, kidney, liver, thyroid function, as well as cardiac biomarkers. The Hope Panel is $75 for uninsured patients. Outside of the Hope Panel, other laboratory tests including blood work and urinalysis are provided at a price to the patient that is 60 percent less than traditional laboratory tests.

Ultrasounds
Offered once a week, Mondays from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM. The cost of ultrasounds is reflective of the patient’s financial status and/or insurance.
